HORRIBLE! I paid $3,215 for my daughter's nursery furniture. You would think with a price like that, you would be given some professionalism and customer service. Instead, when the the furniture was delivered, the delivery men dropped the hutch ($449) on my driveway. Fine. It was replaced. Then the Armoire ($999) had a shipping strip actually GLUED to the top and the door had a small scratch on it - which I was only given a $100 discount for after arguing with Skip (Store Owner) for a week. Can you believe that??? The thing cost me a grand, and all I got was $100 off! Unreal! Additionally, I was told on 5/18 that the conversion kit for the crib ($170) would be here in 10 weeks. Its 10/19 and I never even received a call. So when I called them today, I was told not to worry about it, that it takes time. I asked if they could give me an estimated date of arrival, and all I was told was, "they usually take awhile". Ya think?! Its been 5 months! And they actually told me to "be patient". Are you joking?! Skip told me that I needed to call Child Craft (which should be HIS job). I called Child Craft, and they told me they couldn't help me without the store account number and purchase order number. When I called Skip back, he said that he doesn't give out that kind of information. I informed him if that was the case, then HE needed to call Child Craft and that I expected a call back from him as soon as he found out the status. Surprisingly, he did. They are expected to get it at the end of November.....grrrrrrr.
