I can imagine they reall won't care on this review based on the customer service I recieved. They "did not have" the part I needed on stock, so, it was an add-on charge from $99.00 to $189, but I never saw the delivery vehicle pull-in to the store......I got a price up front, but " I didn't have to accept it." (It's not what is said, but how it is said.) Knowledgeable staff. To my surprize dealer parts, were cheaper than their price for a part. Would not recommend to my friends, coworker. They don't understand the power of one happy or unhappy customer. Florida is customer service state, which goes in hand with services provided. Don't know how many will read this review or how long it will be posted, but one person reading it will be enough satisfaction for me. Not to mention every timeI have the chance to share my experience.

We needed our van running for the holiday's and the part would not be in on time. These guys rebuilt the part we needed, put the van back together, no extra charge and called to tell us we would have the vanagon for the holiday's!
